Newark based company Motorfinity have secured new business premises through Harlaxton Estates

 

Harlaxton Estates reached out to Motorfinity Group Ltd in July after an article was published in a local newspaper detailing their expansion and recent recruitment efforts. Having expanded into a second office area within their previous building, it didn’t take Motorfinity long to reach full capacity and they soon felt the pressure to find a new premises.

CEO Daniel Briggs and COO Dean Skiba wanted to remain in the central Newark location as they have business relationships and local charity connections in the area but required additional internal and external space for their growing business.

Unit 3 Northgate Terrace, which was originally 3,000 sq ft office space with 2,000 sq ft warehouse storage, was available and a viewing was conducted. Daniel & Dean immediately saw the potential for the modern, 5,000 sq ft office with breakout spaces that they had been dreaming of and the deal was done!

Motorfinity provides discounted vehicles for the UK’s Armed Forces, Armed Forces Veterans and Emergency Services including Police, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance and HM Coast Guards, NHS workers, Prison Services & more.

This new office will give the company an opportunity to start afresh and at the same time continue their rapid growth in helping so many of their eligible customers.

After securing their new workspace, Motorfinity needed to find someone who could bring their design concept to life and make the building suitable for their needs. We put them in contact with our long-term tenant, Proici Commercial Interior designs to begin the plans and exciting discussions.
